This is your chance to dive a unique adventure, the Bonne Terre Mines. This is a national historic site and the world's largest fresh water dive resort. Sights include: mammoth architecture, guaranteed year round diving conditions. Cal falls, oar carts, scaffolding, grating, staircases, pillars, slurry pipes, the famed elevator shaft, and much much more.

About The Mines:

  • Bonne Terre mines are located one hour south of St. Louis, in the town of Bonne Terre Missouri
  • The mine is illuminated with over 500,000 Watts of lighting from above the water Visibility is always 100 feet plus
  • Water temperature is 60° with no thermo-clines
  • There are many dive tours in the mine and you dive them all sequentially The average length of the dive is 35 to 45 minutes
  • Average depth 40 to 60 feet
  • Open water certification is all that is necessary to dive the mine
